[Vivi has the communicator on the ledge of the window and he's close by, looking out at the mansion grounds from his first floor room. The edges of the window have frost on them from the approaching winter and when he puts a gloved hand on it his handprint is left on the glass.]

I-It's getting pretty cold... I almost forgot how cold it was getting with that event with the hot water pools. They reminded me of the ones at Grandpa's house...b-but I didn't know you were supposed to s-swim in them.

[There's a brief pause as Vivi looks at his hand print before he pulls the rim of his hat over his eyes and quietly says something before the feed ends.]

...I-I miss everyone...

Uhm... D-Does anyone know what a Dungeon Master is..? ...Or was it... a G-Game Master...

[A pause as the mage thinks to himself, looking at the floor for an answer.]

It sort of sounds like some sort of monster but... I don't think there w-were any around.

Is... Is this really L-Lindblum..? Did I fall asleep..?

[Wonderland, please have one absolutely baffled little Black Mage staring up at the Mansion from the gardens, unsure what to make of the building before him. He's heard Lindblum was big--not to say the Mansion itself wasn't huge--but... only one building..?

After a moment he crouches down in thought, looking at the ground for a brief moment before looking back up at it. Nope. It was still there.]

I wonder where e-everyone is...

I think I like walking better th-than swimming... It was kinda h-hard to do.

[Sitting on his bed, Vivi looks at the fake theater tickets in his hands, seeing the black ink on yellowed paper reading "I Want To Be Your Crow" and that brings up memories that seemed so far away. That was before Vivi met Zidane and the rest of his friends prior to their unexpected adventure around Gaia and Terra. And yet he's been in Wonderland for over a year with no contact with his friends despite he-... Well. He sure misses them, even his friends in the Black Mage Village and those he met in other places.]

D... D-does anyone know what a-a Jabberwocky looks like..? I-I was told it was a monster... but back h-home we had a lot of monsters and I don't think w-we had this one.

[The video feed shows a walking view of the hallway as Vivi makes his way away from Wolfram's old room on the fifth floor, stopping at the stairs.]

I... I-I guess he really went home...

[Vivi is a little horrified. He woke up this morning to find part of his room missing, the outside wall wide open and the floor doesn't feel too sound. He's tried making his way to the door to get out but a groan from the floorboards sounded so ominous that he froze where he stood. He's pulling at the rim of his hat nervously, not knowing where to go as he looks around his ruined room. He takes another experimental step but squeaks in terror and pulls his foot back when it sounds like the floor is just about ready to collapse.]

[Whimpering in pain and partially from crying, not that anyone could see the tears on his darkened features, Vivi unsteadily forces his way down a hall. His mage's robe is sliced open as he holds it weakly together, blood soaked into the blue material before he stumbles and falls flat on his face in front of a door on the first floor.]
